Imagine’s Fraud Protection Service*
Unfortunately many businesses don’t worry or act to prevent fraud until after it happens which is too late. The Imagine Network Wide Fraud System is supported by the 24/7 Fraud Alert Centre providing real time tracking and analysis of Premium and International destinations looking for irregular call patterns, volume and activity to identify suspected instances of Fraud. If a fraud is traced to your Imagine account, we will immediately block all telephone lines on your account from making outbound calls, ensuring the fraud is stopped, until you confirm your lines are secured. This reduces your businesses exposure to telephone fraud. Our Fraud Protection Guarantee means if a fraud occurs on your account you won't be held responsible for any fraudulent charges above €400.

The Legal Jargon
Bundles are applied to account and not CLI (individual phone numbers).
Minutes are anytime and include Peak, Off Peak and Weekend times.
Minutes include calls to Local, National, Uk and Irish Mobiles.
Minutes do not include calls to NGN or Premium Numbers.
Unused minutes do not carry over to the following month.
Bundles are billed one month in advance (Line Rental and Bundle Price).
A call set up fee of 4.95c will apply to all calls outside the bundle.
Imagine business bundles are subject to a minimum initial contract period of 3 months. After this period to avoid a cancellation fee of €200 customers must give Imagine 30 days notice if they wish to terminate their service.
Non Bundle Customers
For non bundle customers, a call set up fee of 3c applies to all calls.
